My husband is a HUGE fan of Starbucks and LOVES their ice cream so when this coupon came out, he was the one jumping up and down for joy. :-) Starbucks is normally priced at $2.50 at Walmart and I'm not sure what it is priced at the commissary or Target but with this $1.50/1 coupon, I'm sure that you can find this for a $1.00 or less!
