Today is the day! We sign the papers for this lovely home at 1:00 pm today! We have prayed about buying a home for four years now and when this home came open in the area that we had prayed for, we jumped on it! This house was on the market 5 days before we made a bid on it but it was a blessing to us. It was exactly in our price range, had a beautiful yard, and was close to where my husband works. The price we had in mind, unfortunately, was causing almost every house we looked at to need so much more work. This house needs very little work and is ready to be moved into right away! We will not be moving in until November due to the previous homeowners renting it from us but we are thrilled to say this is now "our home"!
