Life with a newborn is busy and unpredictable! I have one right now so I can honestly speak from experience. Keeping track of all of his schedules as well as mine own is almost impossible some days. Add a toddler to the mix and chaos reins!

We have already discussed that I need a book like this because I write everything on scraps of paper rather than actually keeping a book. For my daughter, our family blog has all of her information but so far for my son, it is all in my head. I know I'm going to forget!
There are also great practical tips in this book: everything from how to pick a sitter to childproofing your home. There are pages to fill out with doctor's information and also information for the sitter. 
I love how there are even parts to fill in your child's schedule so that the babysitter is informed of everything that goes on. I was so picky about this when my daughter was a newborn that even my mom got a schedule. No one has babysat my son yet so it has not been established how picky I will be.
This book is an excellent baby shower gift! Have it personalized with baby's picture and information and you have a cute, practical gift for a long time!
This is definitely a gift that any mom would love to have or should even just get yourself. Organization keeps you sane and keeps you going even at 3:00 in the morning.
